A Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist™ (CLHMS™) and GUILD™ recognized professional with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, Patrick has demonstrated successful performance in the upper-tier and million-dollar residential market.

His in-depth knowledge of the Southern Oregon market, strong negotiating skills, sophisticated marketing, and national and global reach provide his clients with a distinct advantage whether acquiring a residence, marketing an exceptional property, or building a real estate portfolio.
Patrick works alongside his wife and business partner, Polina Leiser, as a husband-and-wife brokerage team with Leiser Real Estate Group. Patrick's perspective has also been shaped by an international background that has taken him to nearly 40 countries across five continents. Growing up in a military family and a lifelong passion for travel have given him an appreciation for different cultures, communities, architecture, hospitality, and the many ways people define home.
Beyond real estate, Patrick is a musician and audio engineer with a background in hospitality. After years of traveling the world, Patrick and Polina chose Southern Oregon as their home, where they live with their rescued pit bull. Today, through Leiser Real Estate Group, they bring together extensive real estate experience, a global perspective, sophisticated marketing, and highly personalized service to represent their clients throughout Southern Oregon.

Polina Leiser is a Southern Oregon real estate broker whose extensive background in executive production, journalism, filmmaking, and communications brings a distinctive perspective to the clients and properties she represents. An accomplished executive producer and award-winning filmmaker and journalist, Polina has built her career around understanding people, telling compelling stories, and bringing vision and detail together with purpose.
In real estate, that experience translates into thoughtful strategy, exceptional communication, and a sophisticated approach to property presentation and marketing. Polina understands that every home has a story and that successful representation begins with recognizing what makes a property distinctive, positioning it thoughtfully, and presenting it in a way that resonates with the right audience. For buyers, she brings the same level of attention and insight, taking the time to understand their priorities and helping them recognize the right opportunity when it appears.
Polina works alongside her husband and business partner, Patrick Leiser, as a husband-and-wife brokerage team with Leiser Real Estate Group. Their backgrounds and strengths are distinctly different yet highly complementary, allowing them to approach each transaction from multiple perspectives while sharing the same commitment to thoughtful strategy, exceptional service, and lasting client relationships.
Before entering real estate, Polina built a distinguished career in media and education, working for four television networks and teaching at three universities. Since 2011, she has produced Focus Today on theDove TV and spent more than a decade hosting the network’s morning show. She also hosts and produces The Ancient Church, a program exploring Orthodox Christianity. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications from Augusta State University and a master's degree in History from the University of Oregon. Her years in television and executive production have given her a practiced ability to manage complex projects, communicate clearly, think creatively, and maintain a sharp eye for both the larger vision and the details that bring it to life.
Originally from Yakutsk, Russia, Polina grew up in Siberia and first came to the United States as a Rotary Exchange Student in 1999, attending Crater High School in Central Point. She later became a U.S. citizen, and what began as an international exchange eventually became a lasting connection to Southern Oregon—the place she and Patrick would ultimately choose to make their home.
Today, Polina combines an intimate knowledge of Southern Oregon with an international perspective, a sophisticated understanding of presentation and storytelling, and a genuine ability to connect with people. Through Leiser Real Estate Group, she and Patrick provide highly personalized representation centered on the individual needs, goals, and vision of every client they serve.
